Please note: Interviews as part of the application process for this position will be conducted primarily in German. Therefore, a good knowledge of German is required.
⟋ You take care of the whole recruiting process from the job advertisement, taking part in (virtual and personal) interviews up to contract signing – everything in close cooperation with our various departments
⟋ You ensure a smooth recruiting process while being part of the operative day-to-day business as well
⟋ You support us with active sourcing search strategies to attract experienced professionals and executives through digital networking
⟋ You act as a key contact for candidates with your (virtual) smile, and ensure an optimal candidate journey
⟋ You support the whole team in analysing recruiting channels and processes and in documenting and evaluating recruiting key indicators
⟋ You and the whole team ensure that Blickfeld always presents itself as a top employer and finds the best candidates
⟋ You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus on HR, economic psychology or any other related field
⟋ You have first hands-on experience as a Recruiter (m/f/d) at best even in a fast-growing international Tech company
⟋ You have strong and effective skills in evaluating CVs and candidate competencies
⟋ You already use social media for active sourcing and know how to find best profiles
⟋ You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, have experience with tech profiles and are not afraid to make decisions in a highly volatile environment
⟋ You are a strong communicator and empathetic personality who really enjoys recruiting
⟋ You are fluent in both German and English
