Your mission
As a successful start-up we need diverse support in all aspects! In doing so, we should never lose the track of our finances. This is exactly where you come in. Support us as a working student (m/f/d) Finance in our financial processes so that they run smoothly. As you will be at the interface between finance and our external accounting department, you will be a great support for all topics related to internal and external accounting and a valuable team member. If you have an affinity for numbers, attention to detail and like to lend a hand, then you’ve come to the right place. Join us as we revolutionize the LiDAR world!
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the entire pre-accounting process and will also be the contact person for our external accounting department.
- You check postings of incoming and outgoing invoices, travel expenses, credit card statements and bank accounts
- You help us to further develop and expand our controlling processes
- You support our finance team in day-to-day business and lend a hand where support is needed at the time
Your profile
- You are currently completing your studies in business administration, economics, economics (or comparable); we are also happy to welcome career changers (m/f/d) with a good sense of business, finance and organization
- You are comfortable with the everyday use of computers, Internet and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You work very accurately, structured and reliable
- You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and a “hands on” mentality
- You speak fluent German and very good English
