You are the technical backbone of our production floor \u2014 you keep the line running, ensure quality and yield, drive automation improvements, and guide our production operator on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic start-up environment where you will work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to bring high-precision hardware to series production.<\/span><\/p>\n Production Industrialization:<\/strong> You drive the industrialization and stabilization of our semi-automated production line, identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks to improve throughput and repeatability<\/span><\/p>\n Automation Development:<\/strong> You develop and implement automation solutions for production setups \u2014 including scripting and tooling in Python to streamline manual steps and improve process reliability<\/span><\/p>\n Quality & Yield Monitoring:<\/strong> You monitor production quality and yield on an ongoing basis, identify root causes of deviations, and report results to your supervisor with clear recommendations<\/span><\/p>\n Operator Guidance:<\/strong> You guide and support our production operator in the day-to-day assembly of sensitive LiDAR components, ensuring adherence to assembly instructions and quality standards<\/span><\/p>\n Material Planning:<\/strong> You keep an eye on material availability, initiate reorders in time, and and support new product introductions<\/span><\/p>\n Academic Background:<\/strong> You hold a Bachelor’s or FH degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, software engineering, or a comparable technical field<\/span><\/p>\n Work Experience:<\/strong> You bring approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in a production, manufacturing, or hardware engineering environment<\/span><\/p>\n Programming Skills:<\/strong> You have solid Python skills and are comfortable using them to automate test routines, data analysis, or production processes<\/span><\/p>\n Mechanical Understanding:<\/strong> You have a good feel for fine mechanics and are experienced in handling sensitive, high-precision components and assemblies<\/span><\/p>\n Automation Know-how:<\/strong> You have a basic understanding of automation technology and how production setups can be systematically automated<\/span><\/p>\n Optics Knowledge:<\/strong> Basic
