As a start-up on the way to market leadership in the industrial LiDAR sector, we need all the support we can get. Above all, we must never lose sight of our finances. This is exactly where you come in.
As Finance Manager (m/f/d) you are our expert in the field of accounting. You will not only be responsible for our headquarters in Munich, but also for our two subsidiaries in China and the USA. You will also be responsible for our reporting and communicate regularly with the management team, accountants, tax advisors and auditors.
Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Preparation, in cooperation with external accountants, of consolidated financial statements
- Support and contact for the legal entities in the area of accounting
- Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Preparation of reporting
- Contact person for accountants, tax advisors and auditors
Your profile
- Completed training as an accountant, tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
- Relevant professional experience in accounting, with a focus on consolidation
- Experience with accounting software (especially DATEV), confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Very good written and spoken German and English
