As HR Manager (m/f/d) you will take care of our recruiting and employer brand comprehensively. You are a competent and helpful contact person for all colleagues and enjoy representing Blickfeld internally and externally. Do you like to help out and always have your ears open? ⟋ You take care of the entire recruiting process (job posting, screening, interviews)
⟋ You take care of internal and external HR events as well as employer branding projects and their smooth running
⟋ You take care of onboarding and offboarding processes, together with HR, IT and Hiring Managers
⟋ You are the contact person for all HR-related topics, including payroll accounting
⟋ You are responsible for travel bookings and expense reports
⟋ Together with the HR team, you manage the digital HR tool (data entry and maintenance)
⟋ Together with your team, you further develop training courses, policies, and HR processes
⟋ You have completed a very good vocational training (e.g. human resources services clerk) or a comparable (university) degree with a focus on human resources management
⟋ You have initial professional experience in a comparable position
⟋ You are fit in the everyday use of computers, internet and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
⟋ You have very good communication and teamwork skills.
⟋ You are characterized by very good customer and service orientation
⟋ You are an organizational talent, reliable and work in a structured and independent manner
⟋ You have very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
⟋ Extremely good coffee and allowance for lunch in the canteen
