As a Customer Service Engineer (m/f/d), you are the main interface between the customer and the field of vision in after-sales – both for all technical questions about our products and for practical application support. You enjoy solving concrete customer problems, have direct application experience with our products (including commissioning, demos, troubleshooting in case of problems) as well as the necessary calmness in interacting with customers, where you act as a competent partner. ⟋ You are the 1st & 2nd level support for our customers in the industrial sector
⟋ You provide solution support (hardware & software) for the applications in the IoT/industrial environment
⟋ You perform problem solving for complaints
⟋ You lead conception, setup and execution of trainings and tutorials
⟋ You are responsible for the conception and execution of application-specific videos for our external presentation together with our marketing team (automotive and industry/IoT)
⟋ You have a degree in engineering or science, ideally Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or Mechatronics.
⟋ You bring 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in a technical environment in customer facing roles
⟋ You are at home in the hardware, testing & validation, or electronics space and bring software understanding to the table
⟋ Ideally, you already have experience with installation of LiDAR / radar sensors or camera systems
⟋ You are routinely able to find errors and causes and look for the solution
⟋ You enjoy customer contact and communication, especially for technical topics
⟋ You have a competent, self-confident manner – the customer experiences you as an experienced engineer and contact person for all technical concerns
⟋ You are able to adapt to your counterpart in order to not only understand and solve customers’ problems, but also to explain them in a way that is appropriate for the target group
⟋ You have excellent language skills in German and business-fluent English (written and spoken)
